**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Clinic Assistant** to join our expanding team under **SK Vital Healthcare Sdn. Bhd.**, a leading provider of primary care, occupational health, and corporate wellness services. You will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day clinic operations and ensuring a high standard of patient care and service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Patient Care & Front Desk Support**
- Greet and welcome patients, creating a warm and comfortable environment.
- Assist in patient registration, appointment scheduling, and coordination of follow-up visits.
- Collect, verify, and record accurate patient health information and personal details.
- Provide basic information and respond to general patient inquiries.

**Clinical Support**
- Assist patients in preparing for physical exams and medical procedures.
- Support doctors and nurses during examinations, minor procedures, and treatments.
- Prepare and dispense medications under supervision (where applicable).

**Medical Equipment & Cleanliness**
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of consultation and treatment rooms.
- Clean, sterilize, and prepare medical instruments according to protocol.
- Ensure all medical equipment is functional; promptly report any malfunctions.
- Monitor and replenish medical and office supplies as needed.

**Administrative & Operational Support**
- Assist with handling panel claims and coordinating with panel companies.
- Collect, label, and prepare lab specimens for testing.
- Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the doctor-in-charge or management team.

**Job Requirements**
- Certificate in Patient Care, or Diploma in Healthcare, Medical Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in a clinical setting is an added advantage (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Good communication and multitasking skills.
- Responsible, adaptable, and able to work independently and in a team.
- Willing to learn and take initiative in a dynamic work environment.
