**Position**: Account/Finance Intern

**Position Type**: Contract

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Support payment processing, including invoice recording and payment execution.
- Assist in maintaining accurate record-keeping for all transactions and timely updates of vendor details in the system.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, such as filing and organizing financial documents.
- Assist superiors in following up and communicating with various departments to ensure compliance and timely submissions.
- Contribute to day-to-day accounting and operational tasks.
- ⁠Assisting the Finance Team in any other accounting matters as and when required by the superior.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Excellent in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Internship duration: 3 months - 9 months.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Position is open to Malaysian citizens only
- Please attach the University's Letter regarding your Internship

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
