We’re expanding our reach through exciting roadshows, events, and retail promotions—and we’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to represent Trapo as the friendly face of our brand This permanent part-time role offers consistent work opportunities with flexibility, perfect for those who enjoy engaging with people and creating memorable brand experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Represent Trapo Malaysia at roadshows, exhibitions, in-store promotions, and special events.
- Proactively engage with potential customers to introduce, demonstrate, and promote Trapo products.
- Provide accurate product knowledge and handle customer inquiries in a confident and professional manner.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling event booths, product displays, and promotional materials.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets while boosting brand awareness.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the event or retail space.
- Collect customer feedback and submit daily performance updates to the team lead.
- Support event logistics, including stock management and promotional giveaways.

**Job Requirements**
- Malaysian citizen, aged 18 and above.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Outgoing, approachable, and able to communicate well with diverse audiences.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, events, or promotions is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Punctual, responsible, and presentable at all times.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and occasionally on weekdays as scheduled.
- Willing to travel within assigned areas; own transport is an advantage.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors during events.
