- Duration: 6 Months_

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual seeking real-world experience in administrative and HR operations? TPG Oil & Gas Sdn. Bhd. is offering a 6-month internship for final-year students interested in exploring the administrative side of the oil & gas industry.

We’re looking for **1-2 interns** to join our Admin/HR team

**Requirements**:

- Final year student pursuing a **Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree** in _Human Resources, Business Administration, Management_, or related fields
- Willing to relocate to **Tg Langsat, Pasir Gudang**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

**What You’ll Learn**:

- Exposure to **HR operations** including payroll, leave tracking, and staff records
- Support in **administrative tasks**, document management, and office coordination
- Learn about **recruitment** support and onboarding processes
- Gain insights into workplace compliance and company policies
- Hands-on experience with internal HR systems and documentation workflows

**Monthly allowance provided**
A valuable stepping stone into the corporate and oil & gas support functions
