Summary Of Responsibilities
- Responsible for nutritional and physiochemical testing daily samples by includes goods product, pre-pasteurized milk, raw milk, last rinse water, and yogurt product.
- To follow strictly on the company working procedure as per GMP and FSSC regulation.
- Responsible for recording and maintaining all laboratory and testing records, write COA requested by customer and report all to QA Manager.
- Responsible for retained sample keeping and shelf-life monitoring for new products.
- Verifying the report received from external laboratory for yearly verification.
- Calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Support validation and verification activities for new products or process changes.
- Report any non-conformances or deviations from specifications to appropriate personnel.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain inventory of lab supplies and reorder as necessary.
- Participate in internal and external audits when required.
- Responsible for lab housekeeping, maintenance and safety including the chemical storage, handling of chemical and laboratory equipment, equipment calibration and disposal of waste.

Education & Skills Requirement
- Degree in Food Technology / Food Science or equivalent.
- 1 years working experience especially in manufacturing environment.
- Fresh graduate is welcomed. Training provided.
- Have basic skills in laboratory testing.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, in verbal and written for English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Able to rotate working shift.

**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
