Job Summary

Maintain machines and equipment in good working order including keeping accurate data on spare parts and machine maintenance

Key Responsibilities
- To carry out preventive maintenance, servicing, repairing, troubleshooting and routing monitoring for facilities equipment
- To carry out daily job report for servicing, repairing, troubleshooting and routing monitoring for facilities equipment for submission to Head of Department
- Respond to all machine breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime
- In charge of and to be hands-on in service, repair and maintenance of all machines and equipment
- Keep proper service, repair and maintenance records
- Keep track of machine and equipment parts and prepare timely request for re-orders
- Provide technical information, support and advice to related departments
- Identify critical spare parts to manage and minimize machine breakdown time
- Control / maintain spare parts, maintenance tools, stores and equipments
- To daily operate production machines, tools and equipments
- To carry out inspection and repairing equipment
- Ensure production activities meet targeted quality, productivity and specific standard
- Complete special project work within deadline
- Support and carry out responsibility assigned related to Safety, Health & Environment

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
