**About this Role**:
As a 3D Artist, you will be an integral part of our creative team, contributing to the development of visually stunning and immersive 3D assets. From concept to execution, you will leverage your artistic skills and technical expertise to create compelling visual elements for various projects, including but not limited to games, animations, simulations, and marketing materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- **3D Modeling**: Create high-quality 3D models, characters, environments, and assets based on project requirements and artistic direction.
- **Lighting**:Set up and adjust lighting to enhance the visual impact of 3D scenes, considering mood, atmosphere, and storytelling elements.
- **Animation**: Develop character animations, object animations, and camera animations to bring 3D assets to life, ensuring smooth and realistic movement.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with art directors, animators, and other team members to ensure the seamless integration of 3D assets into projects.
- **Optimization**:Optimize 3D models and assets for performance, considering technical constraints and platform requirements.
- **Stay Updated**:Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve and enhance your skills.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Proficient in WPS suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Proven experience as a 3D artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D models and animations.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering techniques.
- Strong artistic and creative abilities, with an eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Knowledge of rigging and character animation principles.
- Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) development is a plus.
