**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Site Operations & Supervision**
- Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate and monitor work progress to ensure timely completion according to project schedule.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, workers, and suppliers on site.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and daily briefings with site personnel.

**2. Quality Control**
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and workmanship standards.
- Perform routine site inspections and identify non-conformities or rework required.
- Work closely with the QA/QC team to rectify quality issues.

**3. Material & Equipment Coordination**
- Monitor usage and delivery of materials to prevent delays or wastage.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and protection of materials and equipment on site.
- Raise site requisitions for material needs in advance.

**4. Safety & Compliance**
- Enforce adherence to safety procedures and regulations on site.
- Report incidents, near-misses, and unsafe practices immediately.
- Ensure all workers wear appropriate PPE and follow safety protocols.

**5. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, and photo documentation.
- Submit reports to the Project Manager regarding manpower, material usage, issues encountered, and progress updates.
- Assist in the preparation of site inspection and handover documentation.

**6. Coordination & Communication**
- Liaise with project team, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site-related issues.
- Attend site meetings and provide feedback on work status and site conditions.
- Support in resolving technical or operational problems promptly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
