**Overview**: As a Risk Analyst, you will assess company performance by analyzing user profiles and behavior to safeguard the organization's interests from suspicious and abnormal activities, while aligning with departmental and organizational strategies and plans. **Responsibilities**: - Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verifications to authenticate user identities. - Prepare summary reports and slides as assigned by superiors. - Monitoring and Identifying Abnormal Trends from Data: - Analyze transactional data to evaluate user behavior. - Review eligibility of bonus applicants. - Monitor data spikes and take immediate risk control actions. **Job Requirements**: - Minimum qualification of Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken). - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and report writing. - Ability to work shifts, irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight time frames. - Adaptability to dynamic environments. - Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. - Accuracy and keen attention to detail. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. **Job Benefits**: - Receive a 13th-month salary along with a comprehensive benefits package. - Earn performance bonuses based on achievements. - Participate in bi-annual performance evaluations to track progress. **Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month **Education**: - Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred) **Experience**: - Risk Analyst: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - Mandarin (required)
