**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Arrange and update the daily operations of warehouse deliveries in the system to ensure smooth tracking and execution.
- Interact and liaise with all concerned parties (internal teams, transporters, customers) to ensure smooth operations of transport deliveries.
- Coordinate closely with drivers for cargo arrangements and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts, system updates, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and update daily stock movement reports covering both deliveries and incoming cargoes in the system.
- Coordinate with colleagues on cargo deliveries and update stock status accordingly.
- Ensure the preparation and accuracy of delivery orders, invoices, and warehouse documentation.
- Manage and arrange staff and worker work schedules to optimize warehouse operations and ensure adequate manpower.
- Uphold and maintain warehouse safety, hygiene, and 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) standards.
- Lead, train, and guide warehouse staff to ensure high performance and compliance with company SOPs.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, delays, or inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by the Warehouse or Operations Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 2-4 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or executive role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and familiarity with ERP or inventory software.
