Job Descriptions:

- 1)To monitor goods movement in store / warehouse suce as ; a) Incoming form Supplier - Must according to the ordered quantity. b) Goods return /replace from or to supplier
- for any quality abnormality c) Goods issuance to production line
- according to material requistion a) Goods returned from production line 2) To Endorsed and Approved all transaction to system ERP/MERP Check and verity all documentation submitted by subordinate to update in system 3) To ensure parts was in proper management 4) To ensure parts storage availability and purpose to management for improvement. 5) To ensure Safety awareness in daily staff or goods movement. 6) To implement spot check on selected supplier delivery to detect error occur on incoming parts -by weighing method -manual counting 7) Education and training To gain more competence staff by training to new and current staff 8) Responsibility on stock accuracy Resolve an error for every stock variance. 9) Implementing and plan stock count / take for every year end and serve depending Top Management needs and requirement. 10) Responsible to the requirement of MS: ISO 9001 : 3015/ MS ISO 14001:2015.
