Job Description:

- Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and other criteria.
- Negotiating contracts and prices with suppliers to ensure favourable terms and conditions for Company.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs.
- Conduct regular stock take and inventory reconciliation to ensure accurate inventory records and support procurement planning.
- Analyzing costs and implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensuring procurement activities comply with organizational policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
- Staying informed about market trends, new products, and innovations that could impact procurement decisions.
- Developing and managing budgets related to procurement activities, optimizing spending to achieve financial objectives.
- Generate regular reports and deliver presentations on purchasing activities, stock levels, and supplier performance.

**Requirements**:

- Possess Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
