**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:

- Hardware installation and software configuration (Brand: Dahua, HIK, ZKTeco, EntryPass, MicroEngine, etc.)
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure proper work arrangement and completion within the given timeline.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, conducting tests, and resolving problems.
- Take necessary corrective actions and provide feedback to the team.

**Employment Package: RM 3,000 - 5,000 Basic (Subject to work experience)**
- Additional Telco bill allowance.
- Company car provided. Petrol, toll & parking full claim company.

**Requirements**:

- **Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in CCTV technical support.**:

- Experience in related fields and project management is an added advantage.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, with good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Possess own transport, and have no issue traveling within the Klang Valley.
- **Relocation support will be provided for outstation talents.**

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
