Documentations, declarations (K1, K2, K3, K8, ZB1,ZB2,ZB4, VGM and other jobs related to the clearance of shipment.
- To prepare documentation according to custom regulations, laws or procedures.
- To perform custom declaration and update the custom registration no in the system.
- To arrange for payment of taxes and duties on shipments.
- To classify goods according to tariff finder system
- Scope above inclusive of the additional scope:

- To determine method of shipment and prepare or advise for preparation of bill of lading, invoices and other shipping documents
- To prepare Shipping Instruction for shipping agents and obtain Boat Note from Shipping Agent.
- To monitor and coordinate import and export shipping
- To make arrangements for additional services, such as storage or inland transportation/haulage/trucking
- To provide shipment status notification to exporters, consignees or insurers.
- To verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- To inform clients about factors such as shipping options, timelines, transfers or regulations affecting shipments.
- To provide customers with bookings and follow up for job creation.
- To create jobs and key in details in the system.
- To compile all completed declaration documents and ensure all are in order to handover the documents to respective destination forwarding agent.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
