Adheres to all policies and procedures, Nursing Standard, and Code of Ethics
- Provide hands-on care to residents along with caregivers in assisting their activity daily living (ADLs) & monitoring patients’ conditions.
- To ensure complete handover to the next shift for continuity of care.
- To assist the physician in doing weekly rounds & to report to the physician on the resident’s well being
- Ensure that nursing procedures are carried out following MOH guidelines.
- To keep track of resident's medical appointments and follow up with other facilities
- Ensure all medical equipment is in good working conditions and report if they are faulty to the superior.
- Keep track of supplies & equipment.
- To keep track of resident's appointments and follow up with other facilities
- To report all incidents/accidents related to patients and staff in the department to the superior
- Ensure administration work is completed and updated at the end of the day.
- Able to multitask, such as proper documentation, passing confidential documents, and maintaining accurate and detailed notes, reports, and records.
- Maintain absolute confidentially in respect of patient records, medical nursing, and allied health professionals

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Nursing
- Computer literate
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Passionate in caring senior people is the utmost importance

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
