JOB VACANCY

POSITION - ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

LOCATION - BATU 9, KAPAR, KLANG

SALARY - RM 4000-4500

Responsible for preparation full set accounts and administrative tasks

Prepare payments of invoices, staff expenses claim, credit card reimbursement, and petty cash claims

Monitoring outstanding AR and liaise with the sales team to maximize the collection

Perform monthly bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies if Responsible for the year-end audit, prepare audit schedule and statutory financial statements.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, government authorities, and bankers

Liaise with bankers on the banking facilities (BA, TT, etc)

Perform Cash flow & Forecast planning -Perform payroll management, EPF, LHDN, Socso contribution, preparation, and payment.

Perform HR functions such as recruitment, staff leave management, payroll, commission & OT calculations

Any ad-hoc task when assigned by superiors

**Requirements**:
At least 3 years and above of working experience in similar capacity is required for this position.

Good attitude, able to work independently with minimum supervision. People personality, friendly and a team player. Be able to meet deadlines.
