Supply Chain IT Service Delivery Manager

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:
1. Responsible for technology leadership, and operational governance over existing
Supply Chain solutions within Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei.
2. Responsible, Drive and execute group led / local digital initiative implementation
for Supply Chain function in agile and networked way with central of excellence
head and team.
3. Manage vendor to meet key performance indicators and agreed targets. Manages
the operational relationships between vendors and ensure potential disputes or
conflicts are raised and resolved.
4. Act as product owner/champion, manage full product life cycle to ensure that
customer/user needs are met and that financial and other targets are achieved.
5. Ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels. Negotiate service level
requirements and agreed service levels with vendors. Diagnose service delivery
problem and initiates action to maintain or improve level of service.
6. Team management: Lead and mentor a team of IT professional(s), fostering a
positive work environment, and promoting professional development.
7. Stakeholder communication: Maintain effective communication with internal and
external stakeholders, providing updates on IT service delivery performance, new
initiatives, and troubleshooting issues.
8. Deploy Digital Solutions - Deploy digital solutions to enable transformation of
Supply Chain execution in market.

- RF Device and Barcode Printers

9. Communications: Set vision and strategy for the leveraged use of technology in the above areas of
technology expertise and drive the executive communication to present and influence partners in
line with the defined vision.
10. Program Management: Should be able to create the roadmap and execute as a well-orchestrated
and integrated digital program in market ensuring on time, on scope, on quality and on cost

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Education: (Business Administration, Computer Science, or related computer engineering).
Experience: 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain technology related role (e.g. SAP, ASRS, Blue Yonder).
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing business stakeholders or vendors.
Language: English
Capability:
- Experience in Digital technologies, Enterprise Solution Needs and Innovative Solutions.
- Aware of key industry trends in FMCG and new solutions/ capabilities available.
- Experience in technology implementation, planning and complex system integration, with experience
in communicating strategy to business. A track record of delivering innovative technology.
**Salary**: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
