Your responsibilities in Boustead Geospatial Technology will be as follows:

- Work closely with the Development Manager and offshore project managers to deliver project deliverables in a timely manner.
- Teach. Share. Engage with would-be GIS developers through workshops, exhibitions and training delivery
- Pro-actively stay updated on latest ArcGIS and relevant IT technology.
- Communicating accurately and efficiently with other team members to ensure risks, issues, estimates and delays are clearly understood.
- Working closely as a team to deliver best-of-class solutions.
- Taking ownership of your work and managing priorities across multiple projects.
- Proactively providing input on potential opportunities, solution strategies and the most appropriate solutions to meet market needs. All members of the team are encouraged to bring forward your ideas for consideration under the innovation program.

You will have demonstrable experience in many of these skills:

- You should have experience with many of these:
- Web User Interface Development - HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS or VueJS.
- Developing against RESTful web services
- Development Tools: Jira, BitBucket, Gulp, Bower, Slack, Postman
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and to deadlines.
- And, of course, you have a positive and enthusiastic outlook with a ‘can do’ attitude.

The below adds values:

- Data Visualization libraries (e.g. D3JS, ChartJS, react-vis)
- Experience with cloud computing, specifically AWS and/or Azure Services and associated processes, systems and integration
- Familiar with Database tier - Postgres, Microsoft SQL Server
- Creative focus with experience in a range of technologies and design approaches.
- Experience working with version control and build/test automation tools.
- Experience working across mobile technologies and responsive design.
- Mobile technologies (Xcode, Android, Xamarin, Qt)
- Experience with scripting in Python
- Javascript mapping libraries/APIs (e.g. OpenLayers, Leaflet, Google Maps)
- Backend Development - Node.js
- In-depth knowledge of the digital landscape including the latest tools and trends.
- An intense curiosity and desire to push the boundaries of location-based solutions.
- Experience collaborating with multinational development and testing teams.
