**Trust and Safety Associate - Japanese/Korean Speaker**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and assess user-generated content, including text, audio, and video, to uphold adherence to client guidelines.
- Address reported issues promptly, championing user interests and fostering a safer online community.
- Stay abreast of evolving client policies and guidelines to ensure accurate content moderation.
- Drive process enhancements to elevate the quality and efficiency of moderation efforts.
- Engage in continuous training and collaborative discussions to refine content moderation skills and trust and safety practices.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in any tertiary education field.
- Demonstrated emotional resilience and adeptness at managing stress to effectively navigate challenging content.
- Proficient communication skills in English and Japanese/Korean languages.
- Capacity to maintain objectivity and impartiality in decision-making, aligned with client policies.
- Strong attention to detail and adeptness at analyzing information from various sources.
- Passion for internet platforms and internet culture, with a nuanced understanding of relevant markets and regions.
- Ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Dedication to delivering high-quality, efficient, and impactful outcomes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
