The incumbent is responsible to assist in monitoring and delivering regional sales target by achieving or exceeding pre-determined budget via planning, organizing and execution of marketing activities, rapport building with internal and external parties and responsible in managing UOB Mortgage Specialists and Business Banking MRTT productivity level.
- 1. Responsible for the distribution and sales of company’s product or services throughout a particular region and overseeing operations for several locations, branches or sales teams for MS (Mortgage Specialist) segment and Business Banking MRTT._
- 2. To provide the necessary support to UOB Banker to enable them generate market leads and close new deals Attending to all/any enquiries regarding penders/requirements Nationwide for UOB Credit_
- 3. Work closely with operational and support teams to ensure maximum value is derived from all promotional and incentive activities. Identifying and acquiring new customers as well as up selling to the existing customer base across the Region._
- 4. _To resolve customer complaints and services issues_
- 5.To act as a bridge between UOBM’s and internal department PICs in ensuring 100% implementation of agreed marketing strategies and prudent management_
- 6. _Analyzing market trends and competitor activities in Segment_
- 7. _To ensure full participation of Takaful activities at regional and state levels with involvement from all related parties (UOBM’s - MS), develop field sales action plan to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs_
- 8.Plan for achievement of individual and division target in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company_
- 9. _To develop and review long and short terms sales strategies for MS (Mortgage Specialist) segment_
- 10. _To assist Key Account Manager in managing strong relationships with UOBM PICs and specialists with zero complaints on service quality and delivery._
- 11. _Develop and implement new programs sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics_
- 12. _Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and the Region_
- 13. To assist Key Account Manager in monitoring periodic sales performance review via daily sales hurdle, weekly sales review discussion and monthly sales meeting with timely delivery of sales report and uplift the regional sales volume to its possible best_
- 14. _Any other task given by superior from time to time_
