**Responsibilities**:

- Familiar with Accounting Software for the data entry
- Responsible on the data entry in the system
- Data entry with any relevant documents such as invoices, expenses, utility bill and others
- Undertake all filling as required
- Issue and handle all appropriate paperwork
- Receives training and performs duties for the department
- Perform to achieve department goals and objectives with upper management
