- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu

- Able to work on **Monday to Saturday,** from 9:00 am **until 6:00 pm **and at the service center will be 6 days every **Monday to Sunday** (Irregular 1 day off) from **10.00 am to 9.00 pm.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Repair customer’s device problem
- Technical assemble, install and test electronic devices
- Analyze results to evaluate performance and identify defects
- Follow up post repair to ensure all technical issues are resolved
- Provide support in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Ad hoc assigned by the supervisor from time to time
