**Job Description:
- **
- To perform and assist with non-invasive procedures provided by Health Screening Cardiologists and diagnostic cases. The cardiovascular diagnostic tests including echocardiograms, electrocardiograms (ECGs), stress tests and Holter monitoring.
- To assist cardiologists and other medical staff during cardiovascular procedures, such as cardiac catheterization, coronary angiography, PTCA, PTMC etc.
- To ensure compliance to national and cardiology regulations and standards for the patient care and safety.
- To prepare patients for diagnostic procedures by explaining the process, ensuring they are comfortable, and positioning them appropriately for accurate test results.
- To monitor patients' vital signs during diagnostic tests and procedures, promptly identifying and addressing any abnormalities or complications. Alert physicians to abnormalities or changes in patient responses.
- To timely and accurately document patient records and observe protocols to ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act and patient confidentiality.
- To monitor and record all the hemodynamic data during procedures.
- Keep updated in CPR techniques and perform emergency resuscitation procedure whenever needed.
- To operate and maintain specialized cardiovascular equipment, ensuring it is calibrated and functioning correctly to provide accurate test results.
- To collect and analyse diagnostic data, producing detailed and accurate reports for review by cardiologists and other healthcare professionals.
- To check all equipment regularly and report any malfunctions appropriately. Ensure PPM of the equipment are done on schedule.
- To assist in evaluating new products and equipment.
- To perform any other duties as assigned or requested by the immediate superior.
**Education and Requirements**:
1. Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Nursing or other Allied Health Profession.
2. Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in non-invasive and invasive cardiovascular laboratory
Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
