**Job Title**: Branch Auditor (Pemeriksa Stok & Operasi Cawangan)

**Job Summary**: We are looking for an honest and careful person to join our team. Your main job is to visit our branches (cawangan) every day to check on things. You will make sure our stock is correct, our staff are following the rules, and company property is safe. This job is very important to stop problems and make all our branches better.

**Your Main Job (Tugas-tugas Utama)**:
**1. Check Stok dan Barang Jualan (Inventory Check)**
- Go to different branches every day to count stock and make sure it matches our system.
- Check if barang-barang (items) are displayed nicely, the price tags are correct, and the display items are the same as in the company's list.
- Check if staff are slow to update the system when new stock arrives.

**2. Check Operasi Kedai (Operations Check)**
- Check the condition of the branch - is it clean? Are the displays neat?
- Check the staff - do they look professional? Is their attitude good? Do they come to work on time?
- Make sure the cashier machine (POS system) and credit card machine are working properly.
- Check reports made by the branch staff to make sure they are done correctly.

**3. Elak Penipuan (Fraud Prevention)**
- Check any sales that were cancelled or voided. See if there are any signs of cheating, like staff purposely creating receipts with the wrong amount.
- Randomly call customers to ask if the items they bought match the receipt they received. This is to make sure all sales are real.

**4. Buat Laporan (Reporting)**
- Check what customers are saying about the branch online (e.g., on Google Reviews and Facebook).
- After checking everything, write a simple and clear report for the management. In the report, tell us what is good, what is wrong, and what needs to be fixed at the branch.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
