Baker Chef

Job Description:
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To operate and manage the Bakery section of the kitchen and liaising with the Executive Chef/ Head of Catering Department and Pastry Chef
- To be knowledgeable about bread products - **_CROISSANT & DANISH_**.
- To prepare ingredients, handle baking and other kitchen equipment.
- To create pastries, cakes, baked goods and confections by following a standard recipe form.
- To relay orders to shift and ensure each menu item is prepared on time.
- To be responsible for stock and to control wastages. Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients.
- To be able to follow health and safety regulations and display organization skills to ensure the timely completion of kitchen duties.
- Ad-hoc task will be assigned from time to time by management.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 2 years’ experience in **_CROISSANT & DANISH_ **pastry/bakery field.
- Ability to multitask, planning and work under pressure to meet targets.
- Responsible and hardworking.
- Willing to listen and learn.
- Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work early shift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
