**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 1 year experience
C. Other Personal Capabilities
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel and Word).
- Knowledge in Accounting Systems.
- Able to perform data entry and book keeping.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with guided supervision.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Assist in preparation of full sets of financial and management reports.
2. Preparing accounting vouchers and updating General Ledger schedule.
3. Updating transaction records into computerized accounting system.
4. Assist the Accounts Executive in performing Month End and Year End Closing activities.
5. Provide clerical support in the bank reconciliations and maintain fixed asset register.
6. Filing of accounting documents to ensure up to date filing is done on time.
7. Shall assist HOD/ superior to secure the environmental, safety, health and welfare of employee or any other related party against risk to environmental, safety or health.
8. Other assigned duties as required
