Bellman, Bellhop

Bellman is responsible to welcome guest, assist guest with their luggage and belongings, and serve welcome drinks upon guest arrival.
- Greets and welcome guest at the entrance and show them direction when necessary
- Assist C/I and C/O guest to store their luggage professionally and correctly labeled
- Serve welcome drinks to guest upon arrival
- Report to Duty Manager when finds out any incident or security issue
- Escort guest to their room and explain the facilities and use of amenities
- Maintain the cleanliness of luggage storage, lobby and cafe areas
- Assist Front Office in any tasks when needed
- Response to guest request, inquiry, complaint, and feedback effectively and comments a follow up to Duty Manager
- Help out cafe area during breakfast session
- Report any lost and found items

**Job Requirements**
- Proven experience as a bellhop;
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance;
- Customer-oriented and friendly;
- Prioritization and multi-tasks skills;
- Working quickly without compromising quality;
- Friendly and good in communication skill;
- Non-experienced welcome to apply

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
