We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as Telesales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving online sales and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Proactively engage with online customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through cold calling.
- Must be comfortable to have a conversations via call with customers to explain and close sales for their products purchase.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in online sales and customer service roles.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with online sales platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
