Graphic Designer Intern

EZHR Malaysia Consulting is a growing HR outsourcing and consulting firm committed to delivering modern, professional HR solutions to SMEs across Malaysia. We are currently looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Design Intern to support our marketing and branding initiatives across multiple platforms.

**Your Learning Journey**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and design marketing materials engaging visual content for various social media platforms and website in line with the company’s branding guidelines.
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, visually appealing graphics, illustrations, social media posts, banners, infographics, posters, presentations and animations for digital.
- Adapt and resize designs for different platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Assist in the creation and design of PowerPoint presentations for the sales team and company events.
- Developing clear diagrams and informational visuals.
- Performing photo, video editing and retouching tasks.
- Collaborating with the marketing member to ideate and execute engaging content for our marketing campaigns.
- Providing support in the production and implementation of design projects.
- Staying up-to-date with design trends and techniques to enhance the overall creative output.

**Requirements**:

- You are currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design,Multimedia, Animation, or a related creative field.
- You are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
- Additional skills in motion graphics, web development, animation software (e.g., After Effects, Animate) or Ai Graphic is a plus.
- You are a fast learner, proactive, have creative senses and excellent eye for graphic and detail.
- You are available for a minimum 3+ month commitment, starting from October 2025 onwards.
- Enthusiastic individuals eager to translate academic knowledge into solutions for real-world business challenges.
- Proactive thinkers with the initiative to contribute ideas and solutions, and the flexibility to work across different parts.
- Self-motivated with a keen interest in the latest design and animation trends.
- Excellent communicators who can effectively collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month
