**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and posters, tailored for real estate listings and promotional events.
- Develop brand identity and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that elevate our real estate brand and enhance customer engagement.
- Prepare and edit images for online real estate listings, ensuring high-quality presentation and adherence to brand standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and technology to continually enhance your skills and contribute innovative ideas.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Experience in creating digital content for social media and web platforms.
- Knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and target audience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- ARABIC SPEAKER IS PREFERRED
- MALAYSIAN
