1. To attend sales enquiries, purchase order from customer, issue sales order, quotation submission, invoicing to customers.

2. To liaise with other department for any issue related to sales or daily delivery

3. To act as project coordinator to kick off meeting upon received and monitor development schedule

4. To responsible on credit note, debit note, return merchandise authorization, replacement and follow up for the price discrepancy and forex claim

5. To re-confirm pricing prior invoice posting

6. To liaise with other department for any issue related to sales or daily delivery issue

7. To responsible in handling, arranging and attending customer visit, briefing and conference

8. To monitor monthly aging list and payment collection

9. To perform any other task when directed by superior

Job Requirement

1. Minimum Bachelor of Degree in Business, or any other related discipline

2. Minimum 1 year of experience is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

3. Computer literacy and have knowledge in ERP, SAP system,

4. Good interpersonal skills, positive character, available for travelling and team roleplay
