**THE ROLE**

The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on various online platforms in Malaysia (e.g., our own website, Shopee, Lazada, and etc). This role involves overseeing product listings, pricing strategies, performance metrics, and customer feedback to ensure a strong marketplace presence.

**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Able to use photoshop/illustrator to design products
- Manage and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing, across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure product listings comply with platform guidelines and optimize them for search visibility.
- Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to remain competitive in the marketplace.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify pricing trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Merchandising teams to ensure sufficient stock levels for marketplace sales.
- Implement strategies to prevent overstock or out-of-stock situations.
- Manage and process incoming orders, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Resolve any order-related issues promptly and provide excellent customer service.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., sales, conversion rates, customer reviews) on marketplace platforms.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews on marketplace platforms.
- Implement strategies to maintain high customer satisfaction and ratings.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create and manage promotional campaigns and advertisements on marketplace platforms.
- Stay updated on marketplace policies and ensure compliance in all activities.
- Address any policy violations or issues promptly.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum qualification of Diploma in Business, marketing or related fields (preferred).
- Prior experience in E-commerce marketplace management or related roles is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Team oriented personality, and able to undertake given tasks independently.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles is a plus.
