Executive - HLISB (Deposit-i & Debit Card-i)

**Functional (job responsibilities)**

**Portfolio Management**
- Responsible to develop and execute effective business strategic and product/process improvement for Debit Card-i business
- Lead in all debit cards projects for Islamic.
- Work closely with PFS-i Marketing or HLB Debit Card team to launch and implement portfolio programs on Debit Card-i payment usage and activation
- Work closely with Card Operations on Debit Card-i stock and allocations
- Responsible for Management with regards debit cards

**Product Management**
- Develop, enhance and revamp existing portfolio product offers to existing cardholders to retain profitable cardholders.
- Ensure all processes are in placed prior to launch to ensure smooth implementation of new/enhancement product
- Brief sales channels, call center and all other stakeholders on any new product initiatives.
- Manage execution of product programs, working closely with stakeholders across the organization including Shariah, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Distributions.
- Conducted annual review on product SOP.
- Ensure that all product guidelines & policies are updated at all times and business operations are conducted in compliance with product guidelines and policies.

**Day to Day Operations**
- Assist to address issues faced by branches or customers, liaises with respective stakeholders to resolve issues.
