**Supervision and Staff Management**:

- Oversee the work of room attendants, housekeepers, and cleaners.
- Assist in training new team members and monitor their performance.
- Ensure staff adheres to established procedures and standards.
- May participate in hiring and scheduling.
- **Quality Control and Standards**:

- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet the required standards.
- Identify areas needing attention and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- **Daily Operations**:

- Assign rooms for cleaning and manage the daily workflow of the housekeeping team.
- Assist with the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
- May handle guest complaints and ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Report maintenance issues with furniture, fittings, and equipment.
- Ensure all areas are well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
- **Additional Duties**:

- May assist with laundry operations.
- May be required to perform cleaning duties in various areas.
- May assist with budgeting and financial management related to housekeeping.
- May participate in developing and implementing operational plans.
- May be involved in service innovation and process improvement.
