**Responsibilities**:

- Provide rotational on-call support during evenings and weekends - Conduct incident resolution and management to restore service and root cause analysis - Perform server, virtual host and virtual machine provisioning and decommissioning - Enhance the effectiveness of server hosting services and improve server operations efficiency and reliability

Primary skill set:
(a) Familiar with WINTEL platform (OS v2008-2016, AD, DNS, TS, NTP, FTP, SMS, WSUS, SMTP, MS SQL)

(b) Familiar with VMWare Virtualization, VCenter, Symantec EndPoint Protection software

(c) Familiar with DELL server hardware including iDRAC, DELL PowerVault storage & CISCO devices

Nice to Have skill sets : (a) Familiar with PowerShell or VB scripting (b) Familiar with Network fundamentals (DHCP, Static route, Routing, etc)

Soft skill sets : Good written and spoken English, Coordination skills, Prioritization & Time Management skills
