Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, websites, newsletters, and video.
- o Research industry trends and audience preferences to generate new content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
- o Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the company’s overall marketing and business goals.
- o Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
- o Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to create cohesive campaigns that promote the company’s products and services.
- o Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and influencers for collaborations and campaigns.
- o Optimize all content for SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search visibility.
- o Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure content performance.
- o Manage and engage with our online communities across social media platforms, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- o Foster relationships with followers to build brand loyalty and increase engagement rates.
- o Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely publication and consistency of content across all platforms.
- o Edit and proofread content created by other team members, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and style.
- o Brainstorm and conceptualize innovative content ideas that align with current trends and audience interests.
- o Experiment with new storytelling formats and multimedia, including infographics, podcasts, and videos.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, and social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword research and content optimization.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
