Admin Executive

Manage and arrange office supplies stock and place orders
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Maintain and update company databases
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Admin Assistant, Admin Officer and so on
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office will be added advantage
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Additional qualification would be considered an advantage
- 1-3 years working experience in relevant field will be an added advantage.
- Diploma and above
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
