Staff Nurse

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Possess Diploma or Bachelor in Nursing from recognized university/ institutions.
- Registered with Nursing Board of Malaysia with a valid license to practise as a Registered Nurse.
- At least 1 year experience in related field.
- Possess post basic in ICU/ Renal/ Pediatric/ Midwifery/ Peri-operative/ Trauma/ Orthopedic would be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Caring, honest and responsible worker.
- Willingness to work on scheduled hours, shift and weekends, public holidays, on call and anytime when called during emergency.
- Microsoft Office literacy.
- Those without Post Basic Certification and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Understand and carries out the nursing care in line with Vision and Mission Statements, Goals and objectives.
- Work shift duties or assigned by Unit Manager according to Unit’s Operational Hours.
- Inform Unit Manager when change occurs in circumstances which affect standards of care.
- Receives and handover report of patients, knows the case in details - progress of the patient, ensures all doctors’ orders are carried out before shift change and on taking over case.
- Follow doctors / consultants ward round and assists them in doing procedures when required.
- Liaises and discusses with the relevant doctors / consultants with regards to care of patients in the unit / ward.
- Establishes and develops effective communication with all disciplines, patients and relatives to achieve optimal patient satisfaction.
- Participates in the health education of patients and their families in the ward.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
