**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.
- Follow up on overdue payments and resolve disputes.
- Record and verify payment transactions in the system.
- Assisting in reconciling accounts receivable and identifying discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and provide regular reports on outstanding balances.
- Ensure all payment collection activities comply with company policies and financial regulations.
- Assist the finance team with some of the general accounting and administrative duties as required.

**Job Requirements**
- At least Higher Secondary, Foundation or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Process initiative and responsible attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Ability to fluently communicate in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
