**Position**: Quantity Surveyor

**Location**: Ulu Tiram, Johor

**Salary**: Up to 8k

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop inspection plans and programming based on inspection drawings; analyze measurement data abnormalities and formulate improvement and preventive measures.
- Perform daily calibration of equipment (internal and external), maintain records, handle abnormalities, conduct maintenance, and organize equipment acceptance, validation, and stability analysis.
- Write and conduct training on standard operating procedures for testing equipment.
- Arrange certification for repeatability, correlation, GRR, etc., of inspection plans and inspection systems.
- Follow up, track, and record progress of DoE testing for various project validations.
- Handle customer technical complaints and provide solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Training / Major: Science or Engineering related majors.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Proficient in using testing tools with an in-depth understanding of measurement principles.
- Arrange certification for repeatability, correlation, GRR, etc., of inspection plans and systems
- Summarize testing results and compile inspection reports.
- Follow up, track, and record DoE testing progress across various projects.
- **Work Experience**: Minimum three years of experience in testing or related mechanical studies.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Office software and familiar with CAD software.
- Language Ability: Basic communication skills in Chinese preferred.
- Required Competencies: Strong communication skills, positive work attitude, and good judgment.
- Physical Requirements: Age between 25-35 years preferable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
