Junior IT Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION AS JUNIOR IT TECHNICIAN

Attend remote, local on-site and outstation customers’ IT related service requests upon Company’s instruction promptly, service customers sincerely from heart, representing the Company and maintain the Company image.
- Good time management should be on time at the customer place.
- Occasionally, you may be needed to collect items from supplier, or payment from customer when necessary
- You are required to take ownership of tasks given by researching and investigating when necessary.
- Always available to reach/contact during the weekend either from company or customer.
- Real-Time accurately update/complete entry into in-house ticketing system SSMS, for the task/job attended
- Report all customers feedback, complaint and testimonial for the company

To equip with
- i. You are required to have a car as your transport, to enable you to carry out the job completely.
- ii. to keep up to date on the necessary basic and standard technical knowledge to improve the ability to service, sell company’s services and solve customer’s problems. Understand the company business nature and services, always ready and equipped with relevant documents, i.e. catalog, testimonial, latest price list, standard package brochure, forms in case customer enquire.

To communicate with Corp IT and external vendors over technical support and solutions for infra, network, security appliances, servers, mail, system, and various hardware appliances whereby system software and end-user devices are running
- You will be in charge in ensuring crucial daily/weekly backups are performed successfully and provide remediation to improve and close vulnerability gaps
- You will help to monitor end-of-day schedule jobs, event log and alert alarms on the servers/network to proactively identify and minimize disruption and impact to the systems/network.
- You will involve in Security Operation Centre (SOC) tasks & jobs
- Update Technician SOP Daily/Weekly/When necessary
- To keep learning, sharing new technical skills, and attending the online training provided by company and take the exam & certificate, especially on cyber security

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
