**SCOPE OF WORK - SALES ASSISTANT**

A. Line of Reporting:
You shall report directly to the Store Manager.
You shall coordinate your daily tasks with all store staff.

B. Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with a friendly and knowledgeable approach.

2. Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and maintain in-depth knowledge of store products.

3. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and achieve or exceed sales targets.

4. Accurately process cash, card and digital payments and maintain the cash in register.

5. Assist in maintaining an attractive store layout and window displays.

6. Help with receiving, organising and restocking merchandise.

7. Assist customers in fitting rooms and ensure their cleanliness and organisation.

8. Monitor stock levels and participate in regular inventory checks.

9. Handle customer returns and exchanges according to store policies.

10. Assist in maintaining store security and loss prevention measures.

11. Promote store events, sales and marketing campaigns to customers.

12. Keep the store clean and tidy throughout the day.

13. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to create a positive work

environment.

14. Participate in store opening and closing procedures.

15. Collect and report customer feedback to improve the shopping experience.

16. Suggest complementary items to customers to enhance their purchases.

17. Maintain accurate records of daily sales and transactions.

18. Participate in training sessions and adhere to company policies and procedures.

19. Adapt to various tasks as required to meet store needs.

C. Job Task:
1. Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring that store displays are aesthetically pleasing and regularly updated.

2. Maintain and update knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to provide customers with accurate information.

3. Effectively handle and address minor customer complaints and report them to the Store Manager for resolution.

4. Actively engage with colleagues to ensure smooth communication and cooperation between different store sections and departments.

5. Ensure all materials, equipment and utensils are used properly and regularly cleaned to prolong their usage.

6. Attend training sessions are required by the Management and assist in training new recruits and fellow Sales Assistants.

7. Participate enthusiastically in any Company events and activities.
- In all circumstances, as a team member of Qrated Store KK, you shall be required to assist in any store event and activity that is held.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per month

- STM/STPM (preferred)

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
