Role & Responsibilities:
- Familiar with providing IT Support such as monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting computer systems and network problems
- Active directory maintenance, Office 365 & other corporate software related support
- Handle support tickets within the required SLA for our internal team and its support functions.
- Generate weekly reports of team performance with team members
Competences/Requirements:
- Language: English is the main language. Strong communication, written and understanding is mandatory. Good interpersonal skills required.
- Experience in using JIRA to ticket issues and manage team communication (Training provided)
- Can work in flexible hours and shift work
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mont Kiara: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
