**Responsibilities**:

- 1) To be in charge of building maintenance and facility management.
- 2) Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety regulations.
- 3) To assist in daily operations and ensure technicians/contractors complete jobs in a timely and efficient manner.
- 4) Conduct maintenance of electrical systems.
- 5) To schedule routine inspection and identify maintenance issues.
- 6) To supervise maintenance activities include corrective and preventive maintenance, operations, repair, upgrading and improvement works.
- 7) Ability to resolve problems and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- 8) Ability to deal with other contractors, suppliers, technicians or maintenance workers.
- 9) To perform routine building maintenance duties, including minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, landscape maintenance and others maintenance when required.
- 10) To do visual inspection of all switchboards to ensure all cable connections is securely connected.
- 11) To make sure all electrical equipment, appliances and fittings are in good condition.
- 12) Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.
- 13) Perform other maintenance duties as requested by Building Manager.**Benefits**:
