Location : IOI City Mall, Kulai Bandar Putra
**Job Responsibility**:
- Responsible for daily kitchen operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Work in a fast-paced environment, the ability to work well under pressure and ensuring timely delivery of orders and meet demanding deadlines
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Kitchen operations - Maintain an organized, clean workstation and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health, safety rules and regulations compliance
- Knowledge in kitchen knives and equipment such as grills, ovens, steamers, warmers, etc in food preparation. Ensure all equipment usage are not abused and maintained in good working condition
- Ensure proper food temperatures when cooking and proper food storage.
- Ensure all ingredients stored and handled in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 of experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Culinary skills and knowledge
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Good interpersonal skills when interacting with all levels of the crew
- Required to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
