**Key Accountabilities**:

- Generating work plans to improve operations efficiency
- Generate programs for interventions and well maintenance activities
- Monitoring time and cost against AFE
- Tracking service company KPI
- Auditing service company facilities. Work with service companies to ensure quality services and equipment are delivered to the schedule and cost agreed
- Prepare daily written operations report and liaise with the Well Service Supervisors on a daily basis
- Generate and maintain a Lessons Learned database of intervention activities as a basis for pursuing continuous improvement of techniques, procedures and programs
- Ensure operations are carried out in a safe and efficient way and ensure HSE standards and practices are maintained for all well intervention activities
- Responsible for on-site safety, well control and environment on the worksite
- Work with Service Companies to ensure they deliver quality equipment and services to the schedule and cost agreed
- Co-ordinate & organize equipment for the intervention; conduct pre-mob equipment QA/QC and acceptance test at Service Companies facility.
- Conduct behavior based site observations in accordance with Company requirements to monitor and enhance HSE performance and as an integral element of well integrity and program compliance auditing.

**Competencies / Knowledge**:

- Degree or Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of well engineering and operations experience (primarily well intervention operations)

**Technical Competencies**
- Knowledge of the engineering techniques and practices of well servicing, well integrity and well intervention
- experience and practical understanding of various well servicing/well integrity procedures and operations.
- Sound knowledge of the safety practices and regulations pertaining to well intervention
- Trained and competent to manage well control situations
- Execute quality assurance/quality control on equipment and procedures
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary teams; Background in service company operations with practical onsite experience
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English as well as advanced user of MS Office
- Capable to prepare technical well intervention procedure & report
- Proven HSE management skills
- Good organizational, scheduling and operational forecasting skills
