**Senior Beauty Consultant at Doc2skin & Doc2Slim**

**Responsibilities**:
As a Senior Beauty Consultant your primary responsibility will be to provide an outstanding customer experience while supporting the growth and success of our clinic. Your key responsibilities will include:
**1. Client Consultation and Sales**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and consultations to understand clients' skincare concerns and body contouring goals.
- Provide in-depth knowledge about our treatments and technologies answering any questions and addressing concerns.
- Recommend appropriate skincare and body contouring solutions to clients based on their individual needs.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting our services and upselling additional treatments or products.

**2. Center Upkeep and Maintenance**:

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas.
- Maintain a well-stocked inventory of skincare products and supplies monitoring expiration dates and restocking as needed.
- Follow clinic protocols for proper handling storage and disposal of equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with the clinic manager to implement improvements in operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

**3. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Accurately document client information treatment details and sales transactions in our customer management system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance client feedback and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of skincare products and treatments as well as body contouring technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for the beauty industry.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as necessary.

**Candididate Requirements**
- Experience in tech beauty treatment and slimming treatment
- Customer Service Communication skill
- Pleasant personality

**Good to have**
- Able to converse in chinese is an advantage
- 1 year experience in aesthetic beauty
