**About the Role**

A Wedding Butler plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and luxurious wedding experience for the couple and their guests. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate and fulfill special requests. The Wedding Butler acts as a personal assistant to the bride, groom, and VIP guests, providing dedicated service throughout the event.

**Key ResponsibilitiesPersonalized Wedding Assistance**
- Provide dedicated service to the bride and groom, assisting with attire, accessories, and last-minute needs.
- Ensure the couple remains comfortable, hydrated, and stress-free throughout the event.
- Handle special requests, such as arranging surprise elements, gifts, or last-minute décor adjustments.

**Guest Services & VIP Care**
- Welcome and escort VIP guests to designated areas.
- Assist elderly guests, family members, and those requiring special attention.
- Ensure all guests receive attentive and courteous service throughout the wedding.

**Logistics & Coordination**
- Work closely with the wedding planner, banquet team, and venue staff to maintain smooth event flow.
- Coordinate with catering to ensure timely food and beverage service for the couple and guests.
- Assist with the movement of items such as bouquets, wedding favors, and personal belongings.

**Crisis Management & Problem Solving**
- Handle unexpected situations with discretion and efficiency.
- Be prepared with emergency kits for quick fixes (e.g., sewing kits, stain removers, tissues).
- Provide solutions to any last-minute challenges, ensuring a flawless experience.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Experience in hospitality, event planning, or butler services preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and work long hours, including weekends and late evenings.
