**Sales Assistant**
This position is responsible for supporting the Sales Executive and sales team in their daily operations, assisting in the management of sales activities, maintaining client records, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The Sales Assistant plays a key role in helping the team achieve sales targets by providing excellent support, coordination, and communication.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the Sales Executive with administrative tasks and coordination of sales activities.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
- Coordinate internal communications between sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Schedule and organize meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team.
- Help prepare sales reports and performance updates for internal stakeholders.
- Manage inventory or product listings if applicable.
- Support in organizing and participating in sales events, trade shows, or promotional campaigns.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for contracts, client communications, and documents.
- Ensure all sales documents are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company branding.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Continuously look for ways to improve sales support processes and tools.
**Results**:
- Provide timely and accurate administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Maintain an organized and updated client database to support targeted outreach.
- Ensure consistent and professional communication with clients.
- Deliver error-free documents and reports aligned with team goals.
- Support the sales team in reaching monthly and quarterly targets.
- Contribute to a positive client experience and overall team efficiency.
- Keep CRM and sales documentation updated for improved reporting and transparency.
- Assist in preparing client-facing materials that reflect the brand professionally.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a Sales Assistant, Administrative, or Customer Service role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A team player with a helpful and supportive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to providing high-quality support.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
