Ice-cream Shop Staff

Your duties and tasks include but not limited to:
A- Taking orders: Staff will be responsible for accurately and efficiently taking customer orders, understanding their preferences, and recommending options.
B- Serving ice cream, food, and Drinks: Staff will scoop and por on ice cream and drinks into cones, cups, or other containers, ensuring proper presentation and sanitation. Staff will also follow recipes and instruction.
C- Providing excellent customer service: Staff will interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, addressing their questions and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
D- Maintaining cleanliness: Staff will be responsible for keeping the shop clean and organized, including wiping down counters, sweeping floors, and cleaning serving areas.
E- Inventory management: Staff may be tasked with monitoring inventory levels, placing orders for supplies and ingredients, and ensuring adequate stock.
F- Cash handling: Staff will handle cash transactions, make change, and maintain accurate records.
G- Assisting with opening and closing:
Staff may assist with opening the shop, preparing it for service, and closing down a
- er business hours, including tasks like stocking supplies and cleaning.
H- Potential management duties: In some cases, staff may have addtional responsibilities like overseeing operations, training new staff, or managing shifts, depending on their role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
